I first met Samarjit'da way back in 2008. He was initially an one-stop solution for my all insurance related queries and needs. Eventually, the relationship grew to portfolio management across various financial products, debt and equity.
A few things I like about him.
he never sales products forcefully, he customizes mix of options looking at clients' current portfolio composition, future needs, investment horizon and risk appetite. He discusses the larger picture and suggests options to the clients even if he might not be dealing in any particular product/instrument.
He has weath of experience in the financial market and is a very dependable advisor who always keeps himself updated with the news of latest developments and also by investing in learning and development sessions.
His caring approach towards customer service is also worth mentioning here.
Last but not least, he is a fantastic gentleman with many rare human qualities.

I know Samarjit since 1987 while I was a young engineer at DCPL when he was introduced to me for assisting in transaction of stocks as a sub broker. Soon he gained my confidence and I purchased a LIC policy through him. Impressed by his timely services and reminders for payment of premium, I went on participating many other policies through him from time to time over last 35 years and am still continuing to receive his excellent service which I can bank on.
In fact he took over responsibility of providing service for a couple of older LIC policies purchased through other agents before our acquaintance . This impressed me a lot and my confidence in him grew further. Samarjit duly assisted me at the time of maturity of all the policies .
